Want to become a stockist?

Please email Operations@tippletea.co.uk with your request and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

My order arrived damaged?

Please email Operations@tippletea.co.uk with photo evidence of the damaged good and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Shipping and delivery?

We ship across the UK with DPD - delivery times are expected to be between 1 and 2 working days when placed Monday to Thursday. Please email Operations@tippletea.co.uk if your delivery is delayed and we will get back to you with more information.

Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the consumable nature of our product we do not arrange refunds unless there has been damage to the bottle resulting in it no longer being sealed.
